This project focused on scaling renewable energy solutions in rural communities through technical advisory and financial structuring. CCAL facilitated partnerships between local cooperatives and international investors to deploy solar-hybrid mini-grids. Challenge: Limited access to clean energy in remote agricultural hubs. CCAL Response: Engineered a scalable mini-grid model with innovative financing. Outcomes: Reliable energy access for 5,000+ households and reduced diesel dependency.
